Delvinia rebrands, shuffles staff

Toronto-based marketing firm Delvinia has undertaken a rebranding initiative and management restructuring. The rebranding is intended to convey the agency's "personality , people and culture" as well as its services. It includes a new visual identity, logo and website. Steve Mast has been appointed president of the firm. Ashira Gobrin has been promoted to vice-president and managing director of data collection. Julianne Smola has been promoted to vice-president of insight. Adam Froman will remain CEO. "We've redefined what being a Delvinian stands for," said Froman. "The reboot is about much more than our brand. It is about building recognition of what Delvinia has become as we build out our business. We need to be ready for what we expect will be significant growth in the next few years. As the country comes out of the recession, now is the time to invest to ensure we don't get caught flat footed."
