The Government of Canada has signed a national contract with AdGear Technologies of Montreal, making the company the federal government's first official advertising technology provider. AdGear will provide the government with advertising technology infrastructure to enable cross-channel programmatic media buying for government departments. These will include a real-time bidding system, an audience measurement system and a digital ad serving system. The contract is for a term of three years, with two optional one-year renewal periods.
"This partnership is a milestone achievement for AdGear," said Yves Poiré, president of AdGear. "We are very excited to share our reliable and powerful technology with the Government of Canada."
