Direct Energy rebrands as Enercare

Direct Energy Home Services of Toronto has been rebranded as Enercare Home Services in Ontario. The new branding includes a new logo, a redesigned website at <http://www.enercare.ca>, rebranded vehicles and new employee uniforms. The company specializes in water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners and related products and services. The new brand will be introduced in a consumer marketing campaign in the fall. In August, the Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place in Toronto will be renamed the Enercare Centre.
"Our new brand is a bold departure from our previous look," said John Macdonald, president and CEO of Enercare. "It's designed to set us apart from competitors and is a key stage in our transformation to become an exceptional services and energy solutions provider. The brand refresh is just one of many changes and improvements we're making at Enercare, which will continue to roll-out in the coming months."
