Starbucks Canada hires Media Profile

Coffee retailer Starbucks Canada has retained Media Profile of Toronto as its public relations agency of record. The assignment includes national product, consumer and brand public relations. Media Profile won the account in a competitive review involving an unknown number of agencies. Media Profile will service the account with regional support from Zone Franche of Montreal and Dunn PR of Vancouver. Edelman will continue to handle public relations for Starbucks in the United States and internationally.

"We are excited to be working with the talented team at Media Profile as we expand and grow our business in Canada," said Carly Suppa, senior communications manager at Starbucks Coffee Canada.
