Harbinger promotes two, hires four

Toronto-based Harbinger has recently added four new staff members and promoted two. Jennifer Lomax has joined the agency in the newly-created position of vice-president of strategic planning. She will oversee consumer insight and planning activities. Lomax was most recently working for Harbinger as a freelance consultant. Prior to that, she was a consultant at Satov Consultants and a principal at Torque Consulting Group. She has also worked at Johnson & Johnson, Managerial Design and Mezzanine Business Consulting.

Lauren Rivietz has been promoted to the position of director of influencer marketing. She was previously a client service manager. Prior to joining Harbinger in 2010, she was the owner and creative director of Sweet808. Rivietz has also worked at NKPR, Faulhaber PR and Shaar Shalom.

Harbinger has hired Nelson de los Santos as digital and social insights manager. He was previously a senior analyst at Sonic Boom Creative Media. He has also worked at Trader Corporation and Sears Canada.

Jason Yang has been hired as a marketing analyst. He was previously a digital marketing coordinator at Prophix Software and an intern at Powered by Search.

Stephanie Bateman has been promoted to the position of client service manager. She was previously an account coordinator at Harbinger. Prior to joining the agency in 2013, she was a social media specialist at the Lunenburg Queens Regional Development Agency.

Sierra Koitses, who was previously working for Harbinger as a freelancer, has joined the agency as an account coordinator. She was previously an intern at Audio Blood.
