TRIMARK TARGETS NEW PARENTS WITH NEW PROGRAM

Toronto-based Trimark Investment Management is trying to get parents to start saving early for their children's post-secondary education. The investment company launched its Legacy for Learning program last week to build awareness of the importance of financial planning for education. Aimed at new parents and grandparents, the program consists of a brochure and software available from financial advisors or by calling a 1-800 number. National print advertising supports the program. It was created by Leo Burnett Company of Toronto.
