Fountain Tire breaks new campaign

Tire retail chain Fountain Tire has begun a new advertising campaign. The initiative, developed by One Advertising of Toronto, depicts Fountain Tire owners performing small tasks to help their customers, which are perceived as epic adventures of assistance. One video execution shows an owner helping to change a tire by the side of the road. A second shows an owner giving a customer a ride to a meeting while his car is being serviced. The creative features company spokesperson Thom Sharp. The campaign also includes a six-second pre-roll ad and social media activities.

"Through stories customers shared, they told us that in a time of need, a little thing like help with a flat tire or a lift to the office was actually a big thing," said Karen Howe, creative director at One Advertising. "It means a lot.  Fountain Tire store owners go above and beyond. As a result, their customers feel cared for. We wanted to capture that feeling."
