Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes Whitelaw

Hill&Knowlton Strategies has promoted Leslie Whitelaw to the position of senior account director in its Toronto office. Prior to joining the agency eight years ago, she was an account executive at Ketchum Public Relations. She was also an account manager at ITPR.
