Gierasimczuk joins TC Media

TC Media has appointed Tom Gierasimczuk to the position of general manager and publisher of Vancouver Magazine and Western Living. He will be responsible for editorial, advertising sales, marketing, events and production for the two publications. He will begin work on Oct. 1 in Vancouver. Gierasimczuk was most recently vice-president of editorial and business development at Canada Wide Media, where he oversaw the BC Living and BC Business brands. He was also editorial director for The Marketing Group and Marketing Magazine, as well as editorial director at RedPoint Media Group, editor-in-chief of WestJet's in-flight magazine Up and editor-in-chief of 360 Magazine, published by TC media division Totem. TC Media is a division of Transcontinental.
