Shaw Media promotes Shipton

Shaw Media has promoted Christine Shipton to the position of senior vice-president of content. She will be responsible for the company's content strategy. She will also oversee the creation of original productions, acquisition deals for international shows and scheduling for conventional and specialty channels. Shipton was previously vice-president of original content at Shaw Media.
