La Presse hires senior ad operations director

Montreal newspaper La Presse has appointed Daniel Dupéré to the position of senior director of advertising operations. He will manage the paper's sales operations process and information systems. He will also lead efforts to streamlining advertising production and tracking. Dupéré was most recently solution delivery director of Aptalis Pharma. Prior to that, he was a project manager at Bombardier Transportation and vice-president of IT and business solution delivery at TC Media. He has also worked at Laurentian Bank, Quebecor, ING Direct, Transat, Aldo and Standard Life.
