Taxi Media Plus merges with Vu Taxi

Taxi Media Plus and Vu Taxi, both based in Montreal and both specializing in taxi-based advertising displays, have merged. The new company will operate as Taxi Media Plus. It will offer an inventory of approximately 300 displays mounted to taxi roofs, with plans to add a further 100 displays. Neo-Traffic Media, which is a shareholder in Taxi Media Plus, will continue to be the company's exclusive media sales representative.
"Since the beginning of posters on taxis, we have aimed for a stronger organization, under one roof for the benefit of advertisers," said Ronald Tapiero, vice-president of Taxi Media Plus. "Vu Taxi shares this vision and believes that by grouping our fleet and utilizing Neo-Traffic Media to offer better sales expertise for the advertising industry."
