New chief marketing officer at L'Oreal Canada

Montreal-based cosmetics company L'Oréal Canada has promoted Stéphane Bérubé to the position of chief marketing officer. He will oversee consumer care, consumer insights, business intelligence, digital initiatives and customer relationship management. Bérubé joined the company in 2002 as marketing director for the Maybelline New York brand. In 2005, he was promoted to brand director for L'Oréal Paris. He was then promoted to general manager of the brand in 2007. Bérubé was most recently general manager of media and innovation for L'Oréal Canada.
