Groupe Media TFO, Unique FM form content agreement

Toronto-based Groupe Média TFO has formed an agreement with Ottawa-based radio station 94.5 Unique FM. Through this agreement, audio from Unique FM will be available on the website TFO 24.7, located at <http://www5.tfo.org/24.7>. The site specializes in social and cultural news aimed primarily at francophone residents of Ontario.
"We are thrilled with this association between TFO 24.7 and Unique FM, which is very indicative of the media's new multiplatform reality," said Laurent Guérin, executive director of web-television content at Groupe Média TFO. "With TFO 24.7, Groupe Média TFO has given itself the means of offering a francophone news outlet showing the multiple facets of our francophonie. With Unique FM adding its content to ours, we are optimizing our web and radio expertises to offer a much wider range of contents, banking on multiplicity, accessibility, and diversity, all in one place."
