Given joins Torque Strategies

Vancouver-based sponsorship agency Torque Strategies has appointed Bart Given to the position of managing director and chief innovator. He was most recently a senior partner at TwentyTen Group, the parent company of the agency. Prior to that, he was a marketing and business developer at Sport BC and managing director of KidSport. Given was also vice-president of baseball operations and assistant general manager of the Toronto Blue Jays. He was also manager of team travel and manager of game entertainment and productions for the baseball team. In addition, he was manager of marketing and event operations for the Toronto Argonauts football team.
