Tim Hortons conducts Timbit Me contest

Donut chain Tim Hortons has begun an online contest promotion called "Timbit Me." Until April 30, consumers can visit a website at <http://www.timbitme.ca> to design a personalized Timbit avatar. Participants can log in daily to update their avatars. They can also download images to share on social media sites. The grand prize in the contest is free coffee and Timbits for a year. Weekly and daily prizes of Tim Hortons gift cards will also be distributed.

"Canadians are always telling us how much they love our Timbits, so the Timbit Me contest is a great way for our guests to show their Timbit pride in a fun, interactive and personal way," said Linda Kosmack, senior manager of digital marketing at Tim Hortons. "Each new Timbit offers a chance to win cool prizes, so we're excited to see Canadians' most inspired creations."
