New editor-in-chief at Chatelaine

Rogers Media of Toronto has appointed Karine Ewart to the position of editor-in-chief of Chatelaine magazine. She will begin work Jan. 13. Ewart joined Rogers Media in 2011 as editor-in-chief of Today's Parent. Prior to that, she was a freelance writer and editor. She has also been editor-in-chief at Fashion18, as well as managing editor, features editor and fashion news editor at Fashion magazine.
