CANON INTRODUCES NEW VERSION OF REBEL G
By Adnews Staff
U.S.-based Canon Inc. brought its revamped Rebel G SLR camera to the Canadian market earlier this month. New improvements to the camera include the selectable three-point autofocus, with three sensors that anticipate when your subject moves and brings it instantly into focus, and the night scene mode which uses a slow-synchro flash to provide a balance of natural and artificial light. The Rebel G also has a brighter view finder, manual and partial metering, as well as auto exposure, red eye reduction and in-focus beeper. National print advertising supports the launch of the camera. It was created by Lackey Communications of Toronto. The camera has been on the U.S. market since August.
