Brother Canada retains new creative agency

Office equipment maker Brother Canada has retained Toronto-based KBS+ Canada as its creative and media agency of record. The firm will handle Brother's brand development and work to increase awareness of its products, particularly within the home office and small-to-medium-sized office markets. The Brother's products aimed at these markets include printers, labellers and fax machines. "The agency participated in an RFP for Brother against several other agencies," said Lina Racaniello, director of marketing at Brother. "Their pitch was exactly what the team sought and their alignment of corporate values with our brand sealed the deal. The KBS team displayed an ideal balance of creativity, market intelligence and strategic ability."
