Ten Tree Apparel begins online video campaign

Regina-based clothing company Ten Tree Apparel has begun a social media campaign in association with the Canadian Wildlife Federation. The initiative consists of a series of online videos called "#Inspire" encouraging young people to experience nature and outdoor life. The videos depict Ten Tree staff engaging in activities such as mountain biking, cliff diving, hiking and kayaking. The videos also feature appearances by various dancers, models and athletes. Viewers of the videos are also encouraged to share them with friends via social media websites. "The purpose is to get the public using their computers to support a good cause, then getting outside to enjoy and protect the world they play in, with a special emphasis on engaging kids and young adults," said Kalen Emsley, co-founder of Ten Tree Apparel. " We also hope this campaign will create a movement to give Canadians pride in where they are from. Watch closely and you may see your community in the frames because six provinces are represented in the first video alone."
