Black joins Porter Novelli

Toronto-based public relations agency Porter Novelli Canada has appointed Jim Black to the position of senior consultant in its technology and corporate PR division. He will work on accounts including Celestica, NetApp and Ingenico. Black was previously at Ketchum Public Relations.
