New York-based MPG has appointed Lori Hiltz chief executive officer of its North American operations. She has also been appointed CEO of Havas Media North America. She will oversee all offices of MPG and Havas Media in North America. Hiltz was previously executive vice-president and managing director of MPG Chicago. Prior to that, she was at PHD Detroit.
