Montreal-based Studio Lounak has launched a new website at Kimiq.com that is intended to serve as a hub for webcomic creators. The site will carry daily comics in English and French created by various professionals in the comic and illustration industry. "The web, rapidly changing as it is, developed a whole new generation of readers," said Fabrice Forestier, founder of Studio Lounak. "Kimiq.com is an initiative whose goal is to satisfy these new readers with great quality comics, all the while offering to its artists the possibility to remain focused on their art and ensuring the economic viability of their work."
