Strongbow readies Orchard Glampground promotion

Strongbow Apple Cider has begun a summer promotion in Toronto called the "Orchard Glampground." The promotion takes the form of a rooftop installation at a downtown Toronto office building that will operate from July 1 to 9. The installation is designed to resemble a forest campsite. The promotion includes a contest component which consumers can enter by submitting via social media a photograph of themselves "missing out" on nature. The winner will receive an overnight stay for four at the installation that will include sampling of a new beverage flavour called Strongbow Dark Fruit.

"Strongbow is passionate about giving everyone the opportunity to reconnect with nature and we wanted to show Torontonians that you don't have to go far to get a new view of your city or connect with the outdoors," said Emily Hendren, marketing manager at Strongbow.
