Immersion Media buys Eventrix Partnership

Toronto-based brand experience agency Immersion Media has acquired The Eventrix Partnership, an event production and public relation firm. No financial details are available. The deal is intended to give Immersion's clients in-house access to a wider range of services. "We're thrilled to be merging Eventrix with the Immersion team," said Immersion group account director Rich Padulo. "We've been working with them for years, so joining forces was a natural evolution. Immersion Media and Eventrix together have executed turnkey programs within all business categories, from automotive to financial institutions to packaged goods and retail. We're definitely looking forward to putting their large-scale event and public relations expertise to work by coupling it with our experience in activations, sponsorship and digital and mobile medias. We're betting on this expanded service offering being of great value to our clients and partners."
