The Radio Marketing Bureau will release the results of the 1996 Radio Product Measurement study next week. The study captures the dynamics of the Toronto market and analyzes Toronto consumers and their use of the media. The study gives advertisers access to demographic, psychographic, shopping, habit, product usage and media data. A new product category for the survey this year is home computers, the Internet and cellular phones. Other major categories include long distance, financial, automotive, automotive aftermarket, home improvements, beverages, home electronics and clothing. The study is available free to advertisers and their agencies. The study was conducted by the BBM Bureau of Measurement and funded by Toronto radio stations. The survey was conducted from March 11 to May 5, with almost 3,500 people aged 12 and over participating.
