The Quebec Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisirs et du Sport is conducting a campaign in that province intended to encourage children under the age of 18 to be more active. The initiative, called "Danse avec Joey," was developed by Astral Mix in association with Bleu Blanc Rouge. The promotion takes the form of a contest featuring actor Joey Scarpellino. Children are encouraged to submit videos of themselves performing a choreographed dance to the websites <http://www.auquebeconbouge.com> or <http:www.quebeconthemove.com>. The winner will receive a visit from Scarpellino to their school, who will perform the dance with the winner. The contest is being supported with television commercials on Vrak TV, MusiquePlus and Teletoon, as well as with online advertising.
