Toronto-based creative web services firm Percy3D has hired Richard Freedhoff as director of business development. Freedhoff has previously worked as director of sales at Sega Canada, Canadian sales manager at Sony, COO and sales and marketing vice-president at Hip Interactive, and as a consultant with Gentec International, Inoveris, Allegro Wireless, ES3 and Red Wolf Online.
