Montreal-based communications and public relations agency Casacom has appointed Manon Desrosiers to the position of chief operating officer. She will oversee the management of the firm's Montreal and Toronto offices. Desrosiers was previously a director at Médianor from 1993 to 2003. She was a director at CNW Telbec from 2005 to 2011 and most recently director of professional services at Randstad Canada.
