Skyline International Development of Toronto has promoted Harley Nakelsky to the position of vice-president of sales and marketing. He will lead sales and marketing efforts for a new condominium project in Deerhurst and newly-available lots and town homes in Port McNicoll, ON. Nakelsky joined the company in 2011 as director of sales and marketing. Prior to that, he was vice-president at Kates Marketing Group.
