Non-profit youth agency The Doorway has hired Twist Marketing of Calgary to undertake a rebranding project. The assignment also includes marketing and fundraising initiatives. A new integrated marketing program for the agency will begin this spring or summer. Twist won the account in a competitive process involving an unknown number of contenders. "Twist Marketing's willingness to risk with us in the costs of this project speaks profoundly to their commitment to The Doorway's vision for young people and the need for the task at hand to be done with powerful, positive community outcomes," said Marilyn Dyck, executive director of the The Doorway. The Doorway works to assist young people in making a transition from the Calgary street culture to self-sufficient members of society, according to the organization.
