Via Capitale introduces new marketing programs

Montreal-based real estate brokerage Via Capitale has introduced two new marketing programs intended to help customers sell or purchase a property. The first is an eight-page magazine-style publication called Viamag which focuses on a single property. The publication includes photographs and descriptions intended to provide information about the property in question. The second program, called Via Visit, consists of a broker walking through a house for sale with a smartphone, providing a video feed to a prospective buyer watching remotely by computer. The broker and buyer can discuss the property as the tour progresses. Via Capitale consists of 60 real estate offices in Quebec.
