Cue Digital Media launches video game advertising unit

Cue Digital Media of Toronto has launched a new video game advertising unit called Cue Gaming. The unit is being operated in association with Double Fusion of Santa Monica. The unit will be the exclusive Canadian in-game advertising representative for the Sony PlayStation 3 video game console. "We are excited to add Double Fusion and PlayStation 3 to Cue's roster of top tier media properties," said Cue CEO David U.K. "Clearly the opportunity is massive for Canadian marketers to reach deeply engaged consumers through in-game advertising." According to the company, 59% of Canadians play video games and 47% of Canadian households have at least one video game console.
