National Public Relations adds one, promotes two

National Public Relations of Toronto has hired Maricel Dicion has a consultant in its technology practice. She was previously an account manager at Optimum PR. She has also been an account executive at Cohn & Wolfe and part of the strategic communications department at the Ontario Science Centre. Jacqueline Zonneville has been promoted to the position of senior consultant in the healthcare practice. She joined the agency in 2007. Kristen King has been promoted to the position of consultant in the healthcare practice. She joined the firm in 2010.
