St. Joseph Media hires editor for Glow, Pure

St. Joseph Media of Toronto has appointed Juliette Baxter to the position of editor-in-chief for Glow and Pure magazines. She was previously the beauty director at Flare and editor of Procter and Gamble's Rouge Magazine and its online versions. She was also an associate beauty editor at Fashion.
