Weber Shandwick of Toronto has appointed Peter Matheson Gay to the positions of national practice leader for healthcare in Canada and creative director for North American healthcare. He was previously at Cohn & Wolfe in New York, where he was responsible for senior leadership and client counsel. He has also worked at Hill & Knowlton, PraxisPR and Veritas Communications.
