Environics adds two

Environics Communications has hired Sandra De Carvalho as a consultant in its Toronto consumer marketing division. She was previously a senior account executive at Optimum PR. Christine Testa has also joined the consumer marketing unit as an account coordinator. She was most recently at Compass Creative Media.
