Environics moves into San Francisco

Toronto-based public relations agency Environics Communications has opened an office in San Francisco as part of its expansion into the US. The location is headed by general manager Jonelle Birney Sullivan, most recently CEO of San Francisco-based Blanc & Otus, a unit of Hill & Knowlton. She has also worked at ProServ, Ogilvy & Mather and Fleishman-Hillard. Environics clients in the San Francisco area include Genencor, JDSU, and Raising A Reader. "Environics now offers San Francisco clients a local office led by an award-winning PR professional, combined with our staff and expertise in Washington, Toronto, Montreal and globally through our international affiliates," said Environics US general manager Dave Groobert. "We offer all our clients the full spectrum of traditional and digital services."
