CUSTOMER LOYALTY CONFERENCE

The Institute for International Research will host its Customer Retention and Loyalty Summit '96 in Vancouver from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2, and in Toronto from Oct. 7 to 9. Keynote speakers from the event will be from Bell Canada, Delta Hotels and Unitel Communications. Areas to be discussed include creating a customer-focused culture throughout the company, developing customer retention and loyalty schemes, maximizing the potential of the customer database and effective complaint management.
