INCONTEXT TO LAUNCH OFF-LINE BROWSER

Toronto-based InContext Corp. will introduce a new off-line browsing tool next month to North America that the company says will make it faster to surf the Internet. Called FlashSite, the software lets users simultaneously download multiple sites or pages to their hard drive and browse off-line faster. The software can be scheduled to download pages from the Web even when users are away from their computers. Users can select what elements of a Web site they want to see, so that only the information they want is downloaded. Downloads can be organized in a customizeable folder system. On-line advertising and possibly print for FlashSite will begin in November. It will be created by Jasse & Soder of California. In Canada, media buying is done by Hilary Thom Media of Toronto. Currently, the Beta 1 version of the software is available on InContext's Web site at <http://www.incontext.com/products/flashsite>.
