Toronto-based Ideon Media has formed an agreement with video advertising company SpotXChange. According to the company, SpotXChange reaches approximately 4.6 million Canadians. "We're very excited to announce this partnership at a time when our advertisers are asking for more pre-roll, and the Canadian market continues to have constrained inventory and inflated prices," said Kevin Bartus, president of Ideon Media. "SpotXChange offers the most efficient pre-roll buy in Canada, with a degree of brand safety and transparency unmatched by rivals."
