Mixed martial arts league The Ultimate Fighting Championship has signed an online advertising sales representation agreement with Digital Branz of Toronto. Digital Branz will now handle Canadian ad sales and sponsorships for UFC.com. This is the first time the sports organization has employed a representation firm in Canada. According to the company, UFC.com attracts approximately 500,000 unique Canadian visitors per month. "We are pleased to be working with Digital Branz in our venture to build the sport of MMA and the UFC brand in Canada,” said Tom Wright, the UFC's director of Canadian operations. "Our sport speaks every language and transcends every culture, and through this relationship with Digital Branz, we can increase visibility for UFC, the biggest brand in the sport." The UFC is owned and operated by Zuffa of Las Vegas.
