...Toronto agency Neray MarCom has made three new appointments: Judy Saurette joins the agency as account director. Formerly she ran her own consultancy service in Toronto. Rick Walters has been appointed senior graphic designer, a position he has filled on a freelance basis for the past few months. Phil Newman joins Neray as managing partner and director of Portfolios Online. He comes over from Sab/Ind where he was general manager. Neray MarCom is a full service agency and Web development firm.
