Auto West Group retains Smak

Auto West Group has hired Smak of Vancouver as its media agency of record. The assignment includes media buying and planning in British Columbia for three years. According to the agency, the account also includes potential participation in larger integrated initiatives. Auto West Group is an automobile retailer specializing in the BMW, Mini and Infiniti brands. "Smak was selected because they better understood the intricacy of the dealership business," said Jason So, director of marketing at Auto West Group. "We were also impressed with their passion to work on our business and their personal approach. Smak's unique integration of media, experiential and public relations should come in handy for larger marketing initiatives."
