Mijo buys Adbeast

Digital television and radio commercial distribution company Mijo has acquired Adbeast, a firm that specializes in web-based digital asset management for the advertising industry. Both companies are based in Toronto. Adbeast's service allows advertisers, agencies and production suppliers to manage the development and approval of creative materials. "With Adbeast becoming an integral and dynamic service offered to our clients, we can now deepen our participation within the creative process and expand our relationships with advertisers, agencies and production suppliers," said Joel Reitman, president and CEO of Mijo. "Our newly-formed pairing will provide the advertising world an unparalleled range and level of services and efficiencies." Adbeast will operate as a division of Mijo with its existing staff. No financial details are available.
