DraftFCB Healthcare adds four

Toronto-based DraftFCB Healthcare has hired Ruma Achrekar as supervisor of CRM fulfillment operations. She has spent the last seven years at MailMarketing and PLM. Sangeetha Agara has joined the agency as manager of CRM data operations. She was previously a senior advisor in the IT effectiveness practice at KPMG. Chris Continenza has also been hired as manager of CRM data operations. Carlos Kirbit has been appointed project manager of CRM operations.
