DraftFCB Healthcare adds two

Toronto-based DraftFCB has hired Liz MacLeod as business director of its healthcare practice. She will also manage the agency's Eli Lilly account. MacLeod was previously director of client service at CPC Healthcare Communications. She has also worked at AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline. She is also vice-president of the Ontario Pharmaceutical Marketing Association. Lily McNeil has joined DraftFCB Healthcare as an account supervisor. She will also work on the Eli Lilly account. McNeil was most recently at Anderson DDB. She has also worked at Cline, Davis and Mann.
