DraftFCB Healthcare adds five

DraftFCB Healthcare Toronto has appointed Cathy Gray to the position of director of customer relationship management operations. She has previously held marketing positions at Sears and HBC. Patrick Siconolfi has been hired as director of CRM data operations. He has previously worked at Siebel Systems, Goldman Sachs, Telus, BearingPoint and BCE. Joyce Jackson has been appointed director of CRM fulfillment operations. Patrick Perdue has been hired as director of CRM call centre operations. Marilyn Perelshtein has been appointed to the position of director. They will service the agency's Centocor Ortho Biotech account.
