Porter Novelli promotes Nusca

Mark Nusca has been promoted to the position of managing director at Toronto-based Porter Novelli Canada. He will oversee the public relations agency's Canadian operations. Nusca was previously the firm's vice-president and regional director for Canada. Prior to joining the company in 1999, he was a journalist at the National Post, Globe & Mail and Canadian Press.
