The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and the National Post have formed an agreement to collaborate in providing coverage of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver. The initiative will include a co-branded website that will offer reports from a joint collection of digital, print and broadcast journalists. The site will carry breaking stories, commentary, video, statistics and medal counts. The coverage will also appear on other media platforms used by the two organizations. "The 2010 Olympic Winter Games represent one of the biggest Canadian sports stories thus far of this century," said Scott Moore, executive director of CBC Sports and general manager of CBC Media Sales & Marketing. "We intend to use our full resources and meet our commitments to Canadians by providing authoritative, up to the moment coverage of every aspect of the Games, delivered to our audiences whenever and however they require it."
